We are hiring a Temporary Operations Associate to join our Supply Chain team for a 2month assignment with the potential to extend an additional month. This position reports to the Global Logistics Strategy & Operations Senior Manager and takes Away further by providing operational support in generating warehouse inventory reports creating warehouse inventory transfer orders and tracking inventory movements from start to finish.
Youll plan and coordinate inventory transfers between US warehouses 3PL to 3PL)
Youll oversee diverted container receipts into East Coast 3PLs
Youll assist with ad hoc inquiries from the 3PL service provider Inventory Allocation and Inventory Control teams
Youll provide inventory status reporting and metrics to Logistics management and leadership as necessary
You have experience in an analytical and datadriven role within the supply chain logistics warehousing and/or transportation industries
You have a love for product and ability to create a narrative around data
Youre proficient in Google Sheets and Excel including data manipulation and organization
You have experience using ERP Software; Microsoft D365 and/or Looker strongly beneficial but not required
Youre intellectually curious and an analytical thinker who can detect patterns and trends to drive business efficiencies
Youre creative and innovative; you love to build great new things that are fresh and unique while staying on brand
Agile and motivated by a fastpaced and ever changing environment

Compensation: $30.00 hourly
This is a remote role. Regardless of candidate location our working hours are 9am6pm ET to ensure continuity with our business operations.
