Job Description
Position Summary:
Kentucky Powersports is a fullservice dealership looking for applicants that loves to be around ATVs motorcycles dirt bikes mopeds/scooters sidebysides and mowers.
This position will require a variety of product knowledge and great customer service skills.
Position responsibilities:
Online marketing of products
Customer follow ups including emails phone calls and messages.
Online sales as well as face to face sales
Assisting in showroom displays and changing of inventory.
Maintaining website and marketplaces
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Must be computer savvy with POS systems; must know how to type use Microsoft office proficiently and be willing to learn new programs.
Must have ability to work patiently and courtesy in customer relations
Must have ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
Must be organized and detailed oriented
Must be able to multitask VERY Important
Must be 21 or older
Clean background background check will be done
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
