Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer Accounts Payable Quality Check for Invoice Processing Help Desk and Vendor Master
We are looking for professionals with Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP experience to perform Quality Check and report out on accuracy defects root cause analysis and way forward.
Responsibilities
Setting up Quality check process across Invoice Processing Helpdesk & Vendor Master activities
Maintaining & reporting Quality trackers for the customer
Maintaining error log suggesting improvement steps & implementing control points
Resource should have attention to detail and strong analytical & problem solving abilities
Make sure the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are balanced as per the guidelines
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in Commerce
Relevant work experience
Decent English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
Experience in Audit
