Essential Functions:
- Responsible for cleaning guest villas which includes but is not limited to cleaning of kitchen and dishes counter tops refrigerator sinks mopping of tile floors bathroomssinks shower tub floors bedroomsdusting windows and vacuuming of all carpet and stairs.
- Request replacements for missing items in villas promptly from dispatch.
- Sweep entrance and shake door mat.
- Wipe down patio furniture place in appropriate positions then sweep patio area.
- Stage villa for occupancy blackouts open sheers closed amenity items placed in proper locations.
- lacing items that may have moved back to their staged location.
- Inspect your work prior to leaving villa (mirrors & sinks spotless no debris on carpet room smells fresh.
- Report maintenance issues or damage to furniture to dispatch immediately. Report any issues you cannot fix to dispatch (stains in carpet and/or equipment that is not working such as microwave dishwasher etc.
- Turn off all lights when work in villa is complete
- Set A/C temperature to appropriate vacant temperature.
- Maintain your cart in a clean and orderly fashion remove any garbage at end of shift and organize cart
- Work with other members of the team in a cooperative manner to achieve department goals.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge in the safe and correct use of all chemicals on daily basis and proper operation of equipment & tools.
- Demonstrate proper use of safety practices in all procedures.
- Immediately report unsafe incidents or unsafe conditions to the Supervisor.
- If guest is present during cleaning (refresh midweek cleans) ensure guest is fully satisfied with the level of cleanliness prior to leaving.
- Provide customer service to all guests in a pleasant and professional manner answering questions briefly while conforming to villa cleaning times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Responsable de la limpieza de las villas de huspedes que incluye pero no se limita a la limpieza de la cocina y la vajilla encimeras refrigerador fregaderos fregar de pisos de cermica baoslavabos ducha baera pisos habitaciones desempolvado ventanas y pasar la aspiradora de todos alfombras y escaleras.
- Solicitud de reemplazos para los artculos que faltan en villas sin demora a partir del envo.
- Barrer la entrada y sacudir el tapete.
- Limpie los muebles del patio colocar en posiciones apropiadas luego barrer el rea de patio.
- Asegurance que tados losmuebles y cosas en la villa esten donde deven estar.
- La colocacin de los objetos que se han mudado de nuevo a su puesta en escena ubicacin.
- Inspeccione su trabajo antes de salir de la villa (espejos y lavabos impecable sin residuos en la alfombra sala huele a fresco.
- Informe cuestiones de mantenimiento o los daos a los muebles para despachar inmediatamente. Informar de cualquier problema no se puede solucionar de su expedicin (manchas en la alfombra y / o equipo que no est funcionando tales como microondas lavavajillas etc)
- Apague todas las luces cuando el trabajo se ha completado en la villa
- Fije la temperatura A / C de temperatura apropiado vacante.
- El carro de housekeeping ordenada eliminar cualquier basura al final del turno y mantener el carrito de housekeeping organizer
- Trabajar con otros miembros del equipo de forma cooperativa para lograr los objetivos del departamento.
- Demostrar un conocimiento prctico en el uso seguro y correcto de todos los productos qumicos en base diaria y el funcionamiento adecuado de los equipos y herramientas.
- Demostrar el uso apropiado de las prcticas de seguridad en todos los procedimientos.
- Informar inmediatamente incidentes peligrosos o condiciones inseguras al supervisor.
- Si el huesped la limpieza asegurarse quel invitados y huspedes est completamente satisfecho con el nivel de limpieza antes de salir.
- Proporcionar servicio al cliente para todos los huspedes en un ambiente agradable y profesional manner preguntas contestar brevemente mientras que conforme a los tiempos de limpieza villa.

Education/Experience Required:
- Previous cleaning experience. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
Specific Skills Required:
- Good communications skills.
- Able to use and operate vacuum cleaner push maid cart with cleaning tools chemicals and necessary supplies.
- Must be able to read chemical labels resort policies and other instructions.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift pull and or push up to 40lbs move stand walk traverse crouch/stoop kneel repetitive hand/wrist motion reach bend see recognize distinguish convey information and converse with staff & guests with great consistency.
