Job Description
Position Description: Workday Technical Developer position for a Tier 1 investment bank supporting HR Talent And Core Group in Human Resources Technology. The team is looking for a highly motivated Workday Technical Developer responsible for owning and building robust highly scalable time sensitive Workday Technical Integrations and providing strategic technical and business solutions to Talent And Core Workday Group.
The role requires someone who is flexible and able to respond to a dynamic demanding and complex business environment. The candidate must be adaptable to work across multiple technologies and disciplines with a focus on delivering quality solutions for the business in a timely fashion and be able to prioritize work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in developing web applications. The candidate must have handson development. The candidate should be good at problem solving and should be capable of taking ownership of end to end delivery involving analysis design development testing and maintenance of medium to large scale applications/Integrations. The candidate should possesses Strong analytical problem Solving Technical and communication skills.
Qualifications 5 years of experience developing Workday Technical Integrations. Technology: Workday Technical WebServices XML UNIX Skills required: Workday Studio Report Writer Calculate Fields Workday EIB Core Connectors Worker and Payroll PECI Workday Web Services API Web Services XML XSLT Workday Extend Workday PRISM Workday Workforce Planning tool Strong problem solving abilities Experience in handling PII/Comp/Confidential data Experience across the software development lifecycle (SDLC): including identifying business requirements designing and implementing technical solutions integration with and installation of vendor solutions and providing software and systems maintenance and support.
