Your focus will be on timely and accurate completion of tasks contributing to successful refugee admissions.

This position is located in our USA VA Fairfax office; however a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Manage team of case processing specialist supporting Overseas functions
Be the Subject Matter Expert for your team
Prepare management reports
Assess existing processes for improvements
Be a point of contact for the Overseas community and ensuring their needs are being addressed both through IT and Business
Work with the Systems Development team to bring new system functionality which better enables the mission

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelors
Experience with Overseas refugee case processing work
Experience leading projects or efforts

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for meritbased performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67800.00 $165200.00.
