Location: Kendal at Lexington
Position: FullTime Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Schedule: 2 PM 10 PM 5 days a week Every other weekend off
Pay Range: $20.80 $23.04 per hour based on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking FullTime Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA at Kendal at Lexington you will play a crucial role in delivering highquality care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to residents including assistance with daily activities personal hygiene and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents health and wellbeing.
- Assist with meal service and ensure residents are comfortable and wellcared for.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team and family members.
- Foster a positive and respectful environment for all residents.
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and occasional additional hours if needed.
