POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is for highly organized and customercentric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is an asset but not required basic construction skills are necessary. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast growing company.
House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company specializing in both large and small jobs form Boynton Beach to Boca Raton Florida. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs flooring drywall carpentry painting etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professionally perform a variety of handyman and home improvement projects including repairs flooring drywall carpentry painting etc.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through positive and professional interaction
- Proactively build strong relationships with customers identifying potential future needs and opportunities to enhance their experience
- Efficiently manage organize and maintain all necessary work equipment
- Represent House Doctors positively and professionally
- Demonstrated experience 2 years) performing a variety of handyman and home improvement tasks
- Proficient in the principles techniques and safe operation of equipment and tools used in the handyman trade
- Comfortable using basic computer software and mobile applications for communication scheduling reporting and customer payment collection
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine dedication to providing outstanding customer service
- Highly responsible dependable and takes pride in delivering quality work on schedule
- Physically able to perform the demands of the job including lifting heavy objects bending and using hand and power tools for extended periods
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- 10minute phone interview (candidate selfschedules)
- 15 to 20minute online assessment
- 30 to 60minute inperson interview
- Possible 2nd 15 30 minute interview
- Goal is to fill position such that onboarding can begin on June 2
