Racquets Coach Part Time

We are currently seeking a supremely professional confident Racquets Coach to join the Tennis & Padel provision in our Sporting Club.

This is a Fixed Term Contract from July 2025 to August 2025 inclusive comprising of 20 hrs per week.

The on target earning potential for this role is 15.84 / per hour comprising a base hourly rate of 13.34 plus a qualified estimate of 2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks benefits and rewards.

Heres a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

• Delivering racquet lessons to adult and junior guests or members offering an outstanding 1:2:1 personal service and tailoring the session to meet the individual needs of our guests
• Delivering group sessions that are dynamic and fun while being creative to ensure maximum enjoyment
• Providing professional advice on retail and upselling to our guests where appropriate
• Operational support including court & equipment maintenance
• Taking and managing bookings and welcoming our guests
• Interacting with our guests always warm professional helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

The kind of person were looking for:

• You have outstanding experience working within the Tennis industry at a minimum of Level 2 LTA or equivalent
• Experienced in delivering exceptional lessons and clinics with a minimum of 1 year experience
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; youre passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive can do attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; youre well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
• You want to be part of a team that works hard supports each other and above all has fun along the way
