Role Overview: The PMO Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing project management processes by integrating Waterfall and Agile practices within the PMO framework. This position will support the PMO Continuous Improvement Manager in driving change initiatives and ensuring alignment between Waterfall and Agile methodologies and PMO standards. The ideal candidate will be adept in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies and project management processes fostering collaboration across teams and facilitating continuous improvement.
This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between PMO functions and Waterfall Agile practices driving Continuous Improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with established standards and controls.
What will your essential responsibilities include
Standards and Controls:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for PMO standards and controls providing guidance on best practices in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
- Collaborate with the PMO Continuous Improvement Manager to lead improvements in internal controls and audit processes.
Change Management:
- Support the (Waterfall and Agile) Handbook Change Process by gathering requirements from stakeholders and collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions.
- Monitor the impact of changes and gather feedback from users to ensure effective adoption of new processes and tools.
- Provide support to PMO CI Manager on regular updates to the Projects Governance Impact Working Group about ongoing changes and improvements.
Training and Communication:
- Support development and delivery of training materials videos and guides to educate the Program and Project community on PMO processes and Agile practices.
- Lead communication efforts to ensure all stakeholders are informed about changes and improvements within the PMO.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with various functions including Technology Data and Finance to ensure holistic solutions are developed and communicated effectively.
- Facilitate discussions between PMO and Control Owners to ensure compliance with internal controls while promoting both Handbook practices
