TX Dallas/IrvingWhat youll do:
As a Operations Account Manager youll be lead a team of Operations Account Representatives who are responsible for the operational management of client relationships ensuring quality client service by maintaining client accounts (pipeline management); including managing aged loans leading regular client calls and escalations as needed. Youll also lead your team in facilitating loan review throughput meeting client and organizational expectations regarding service level productivity and quality. Partner with different lines of business and internal operational support teams to deliver a superior client experience to our correspondent clients. Youll work with our correspondent clients Sales Partners and internal groups ensuring frictionless client service.- Drive the team to reach productivity and quality goals. Achieve 95 productivity 85 quality 90 completion with SLA less than 4 aged pipeline less than .90 conditions per loan.
- Manage seller complaints as needed focusing on the smallest of details to ensure prevention versus reaction to client concerns.
- Timely completion of management routines: manager reviews side by sides 1:1 sessions coaching and more.
- Constantly analyze current process for ways to increase productivity and quality while cutting cost by driving minimum of 2 process improvement initiatives at any given time.
- Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring coaching performance management training and development.
What youll need:
- 5 years of related experience in Mortgage Operations Management Mortgage Operations or similar field.
- Bachelors degree in related field required.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales operations capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
