JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinates team members with objectives/task for the shift in assigned area. Effectively communicate clear instructions process and information to team and report progress to coach of daytoday and distribute reports to update the company on the teams progress. Reassign team members as needed to balance trains team minor work issues affecting current production. Monitor and ensures quality of products/processes conform to LZB specifications/ audits as needed. Works on or completes additional tasks as assigned by supervisor. Monitor and ensure team members are performing their responsibilities according to the support and mentoring for new and current team members while effective in in house production systems and Microsoft suite (Outlook Word Excel etc.)Demonstrates teamwork and motivation. Excellent organizational skillsEnsure the maintenance of clean and organized work health and safety standards and provides safety guidance to the other tasks as REQUIREMENTS:Equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the above reading writing and math to communicate interpersonal and leadership computer skillsAbility to interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions prints graphs procedure manuals etc. Achieve performance attendance; 2 points or REQURMENTS:Bilingual SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No direct reports occasionally assisting in a lead capacity.
