Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Construction Development Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning coordination and of construction projects ensuring that development objectives are completed efficiently safely and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
This position involves collaboration with architects engineers contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure project success from feasibility through to final completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction development including feasibility design budgeting scheduling permitting and construction .
- Oversee architects engineers consultants and general contractors to ensure timely and costeffective project delivery.
- Lead due diligence efforts including site assessments zoning analyses and environmental reviews.
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines ensuring risk mitigation strategies are in place.
- Review and approve construction documents contractor invoices and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with local codes safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with finance legal and asset management teams.
- Provide regular project updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve project challenges proactively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing construction development projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes budgeting permitting and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field preferred.
Salary: $100000$120000
