About the role:
BYD a global leader in the new energy and electric vehicle industry is seeking a skilled and creative Content Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Europe. This role focuses on developing managing and optimizing highquality content to effectively communicate our brands vision engage our target audiences and support our business goals across the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
Create edit and optimize written and multimedia content for various channels: OOH websites social media advertising email campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams ensure content aligns with branding guidelinesregional strategies
High ability to use AI tools for fast and effective content creation.
Adapt global content for European audiences maintaining cultural relevance and consistency in tone and messaging.
Conduct market research to identify key trends.
Track and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure content effectiveness.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
Guarantee consistency of message across touchpoints during product launches.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
Proven experience 5 years) as a Content Specialist Content Writer or similar role in the European in automotive is a plus.
Excellent writing editing and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
Proven ability to use AI tools.
Very good copywriting skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Multilingual skills are a plus (especially in major European languages such as German French Spanish or Italian).
