Job Description
Are you an experienced HVAC Technician seeking to advance in your career with a leading company Do you have an EPA Universal certification Are you available to work in Danville CA and/or the Bay Area

As a Recruitment Consultancy we are currently assisting our client in finding a talented HVAC Technician to join their warehouse located n Danville CA but you woudl service the Bay Area so you can be located anywhere within.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Perform handson technical work including hydronics boilers and chillers in commercial HVAC environments.
- Mentor junior technicians and potentially manage a small team of HVAC professionals.
- Deliver highquality customer service with a strong clientoriented approach.
- Diagnose troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and associated control systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service and repair activities.
- Support project with a focus on operational excellence and technical leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of handson experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
- EPA Universal and Type III Certifications are required.
- Graduation from an accredited HVAC trade school is preferred.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills; comfortable managing junior staff.
- Solid understanding of hydronic systems boilers chillers and HVAC controls (control systems experience is a plus).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Open to candidates transitioning from union environments.

- Salary: $50$75 per hour $100K$150K per year).
