Strategic Vision & Client Engagement:Lead the development and of a data and cloud transformation strategy for customers showcasing the business value and longterm benefits of adopting modern data and cloud with senior customer leaders (CXOs Directors VPs) to understand their data challenges objectives and growth the client s data transformation journey from assessment to offering clear and actionable insights timelines and innovative solutions and strategic roadmaps that align with customer goals and create compelling business cases for the adoption of data and cloud transformation Leadership:Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by holding technical discussions facilitating workshops and delivering presentations on data and cloud transformation closely with sales teams to generate new business opportunities develop proposals and lead RFP with crossfunctional teams including data architects cloud engineers and data scientists to build clientspecific solutions and Expertise & Thought Leadership:Provide highlevel technical guidance and direction leveraging a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) data engineering principles data architecture cloudnative technologies and modernization a strong technical track record and stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering cloud computing data lakes cloud data platforms and digital handson with creating content including solution briefs whitepapers and pitch decks to present to clients and internal Collaboration & Mentorship:Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between presales technical delivery and customer and guide junior team members and other key stakeholders within the organization fostering a culture of knowledgesharing and feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes tools and approaches for delivering Data & Cloud Transformation Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and decisionmakers ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the and drive upsell and crosssell opportunities within existing accounts by aligning new data and cloud solutions with the client s evolving business customer pain points map them to potential solutions and act as the lead point of contact for technical & Reporting:Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the successful delivery of the data and cloud transformation and communicate the success of data transformation initiatives providing regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
