About the Role We are looking for a **Public Sector Account Executive to lead our expansion into the government space. Youll play a key role in identifying opportunities managing the full sales cycle and helping public organizations adopt our SaaS solutions. If you have experience navigating public procurement processes and building strong relationships with government stakeholders this role is for you.****What Youll Be Doing
Research the specific needs of government entities and evaluate how Factorials solutions can meet them prioritizing highpotential opportunities.
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing including responding to RFIs and RFPs and adhering to public sector requirements and timelines.
Establish and nurture relationships with government officials procurement officers and endusers to gain insights and build trust.
Work closely with Product Legal and Finance to ensure proposals and solutions meet technical and regulatory standards.
Monitor procurement regulations and trends to adjust the sales strategy and stay ahead of changes in the public landscape.
Represent Factorial at government trade shows and conferences to generate visibility connect with leads and boost brand credibility.
Partner with the marketing team to develop tailored campaigns and content aligned with public sector procurement cycles.
Uphold compliance with all relevant public sector regulations and internal policies throughout the sales process.
Share insights and feedback from the field to shape Factorials strategic approach in the public sector market.
**What we are looking for
Proven experience in B2G software sales ideally in a SaaS environment
Deep understanding of public procurement processes regulations and requirements
Proven track record of winning government contracts and managing complex sales cycles
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Fluent in Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
