Job Description

RN Unit Manager Travel/Contract

Location: Jersey Shore PA 17740
Duration: 09 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Weekly Pay: $2080 $2240

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the nursing unit.
Supervise mentor and evaluate nursing staff.
Oversee patient care delivery and implement care plans.
Conduct patient assessments and ensure highquality interventions.
Ensure compliance with policies procedures and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania RN License.
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
35 years of clinical experience including at least 12 years in a management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced healthcare environment.
