Job Description
Excellent job opening with our client looking for two Senior ExecutiveCredit Control (one position is in based out of Mumbai and another position is based out of Gurugram). Compensation offered is upto 7.00 lakhs per annum.
Responsible for Accounts Receivable & Credit management under credit control team for West & North Region of India and to support and drive improvement.
- Liaise with teams to ensure a common understanding of the collections model and key processes.
- Maintaining performance against KPIs and other key metrics and ensure that all relevant actions are taken to ensure bestpossible performance against target.
- Ensure agreed ownership and escalation lines are kept in line with preestablished plan.
- Support transformational change and process standardisation initiatives within own region.
- Ensure complaints or escalations from the business activities are managed in a timely an appropriate manner.
- Escalate serious issues to Manager.
- Support timely dispute resolution by liaising with business.
- Attend Cash Collection calls to ensure that calls are productive and cooperative.
- Manage or redirect requests from business related to Credit Cash Application or Collections.
- Communicate clearly with the business any changes in process or service delivery model.
- Coordinate internally regarding audit requirements and submissions.
- Generating Statistical Debtors information.
- Initiating and progressing clearly defined projects to improve current systems procedures and policies in the Credit Management and related environment.
Skills and Knowledge & Experience
- Graduate with 58 years of experience in Collection & Credit Control.
- Excellent knowledge of Word Excel is required SAP would be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of negotiation & reconciliation skills.
- Able to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- A person who has excellent verbal and written communication skills and is assertive accurate and organised will do well in this position.
