Our client is a leading visa services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Financial Management and Compliance
Supervise direct and maintain oversight over all financial accounting functions across units within the assigned territory.
Guarantee compliance with internal company standards such as the Kuoni code of ethics policies guidelines on travel and entertainment and financerelated operating procedures.
Perform periodic site visits and unannounced audits at VACs to monitor financerelated activities.
Oversee compliance with statutory obligations legal standards and audit requirements including taxation management.
Oversee the reconciliation and management of embassy accounts ensuring confirmation reports are promptly submitted to the Regional Finance Controller.
Conduct quarterly Foreign Assets Register verifications in coordination with Administration Security and IT departments reporting results to the RFC.
Manage salary disbursements and employee benefits according to company policies.
Financial Planning Reporting and Asset Control
Review financial statements and MIS reports monthly to ensure strong financial governance.
Develop and propose budgets and pricing models for upcoming initiatives.
Lead annual and quarterly forecasting activities; supervise fixed asset management including asset tagging and maintaining the FA register.
Assist in vendor negotiations for new projects and insurancerelated services.
Facilitate Transfer Pricing audits income tax assessments and TDS compliance processes.
Collaborate with the Shared Services Centre in Mumbai by providing required reports and management information.
Operational Support and New Project Facilitation
Set up operational frameworks for new offices including banking setup SAP integration online FF processes and other essentials.
Manage bank reconciliations and ensure timely payments of all taxes such as VAT and Income Tax.
Focus on delivering high internal client satisfaction and encourage team skill development.
Support project launches and acts on directives issued by the Regional Finance Controller.
Environment Social Responsibility and Governance Initiatives
Advocate for responsible resource usage.
Comply with organizational guidelines regarding environmental health and safety standards.
AntiBribery and Compliance Management (ABMS)
Uphold responsibilities according to the ABMS guidelines outlined in the manual.
Foster strong ethical practices and maintain integrity in business operations.
Recognize and assess risks of bribery across different business environments. (Refer to the ABMS manual for comprehensive instructions).
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree (or global equivalent) in Finance or a related discipline.
7 to 9 years experience in a financerelated role.
Expertise in compliance financial accounting risk assessment and cost management.
Strong communication service excellence goaldriven approach digital proficiency sensitivity to diversity and inclusion teamwork leadership continuous learning mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
