PartTime Orthodontist
Multiple Office Locations Rapidly Growing Patient Base
We re expanding and looking for a PartTime Orthodontist to join our team!
Work 2 days per week (approximately 8 days per month) with the opportunity to increase days as our program grows. We currently have over 500 active ortho patients across 4 offices and we re just getting started.
What We Offer:
- $1500 $1600 per day
- $150 per start
- $50 per debond
- Established patient base ready for conversion
- 500 new dental patients monthly across all offices
- Strong marketing support and a collaborative team environment
What We re Looking For:
- An orthodontist excited to grow with a fastpaced expanding organization
- Open to increasing workdays as patient demand grows
- Able to start within the next 2 months (or sooner!
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care and building longterm relationships
- Active TX license and Certified Orthodontist
- Must be TX Medicaid credentialed currently or in the past
- Candidate must be willing to work on a 1099 basis
About the Role:
- Deliver orthodontic care across 4 wellestablished office locations
- Collaborate with dental teams to convert new patient opportunities
- Help develop and grow the orthodontic program with active advertising and internal referrals
Job Details:
- Job Type: PartTime
- Schedule: 2 days per week
- Compensation: $1500 $1600/day $150 per start $50 per debond
- Patient Base: 500 active ortho patients (across 4 offices) 500 new dental patients per month
- Expected Start Date: Within 2 months or sooner
- Locations: Multiple offices in the Houston area
