Job Description
This role is a mix of IT operations governance risk management (GRC) cybersecurity and data analytics. The primary focus is to analyse IT gaps improve processes ensure compliance and support business continuity.
The candidate will act as the arm of the Head of Department (HOD) translating strategic insights into operational improvements.
Requirements
8 years experience in IT operations data analysis risk management audit OR compliance
Strong knowledge of IT governance risk management and cybersecurity
Expertise in data analytics & visualization tools (Excel Power BI PowerPoint)
Experience with business continuity planning (BCP) & disaster recovery
Strong analytical problemsolving and stakeholder collaboration skills
