Job Description

The Annapolis MD office of a wellrespected and busy Commercial and Labor & Employment Litigation practice has an immediate need for a midlevel Litigation Associate with 35 years of demonstrated substantive commercial and managementside employment litigation and counseling experience. Qualified candidates will possess demonstrated commercial and employment litigation experience across various subject matters. Ideal candidates will have significant experience taking and defending depositions producing and arguing motions handling all manner of discovery matters and an interest in the continued expansion and development of their commercial and employment litigation skillsets. Excellent academics a desire to be a part of a growing team and an ability to work independently are valued by the group.
