Job Title:Electrospinning Production Operator
Pay:$17.00/hr
Shifts Available:Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 6:00 PM

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and detailorientedElectrospinning Production Operatorto join our growing team in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in textile manufacturing and/or converting specifically in web path handling and tension control. This position offers longterm growth potential within a rapidly expanding and innovative industry.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage production equipment in an electrospinning textile environment.
Monitor and adjust web path tension to meet production and quality standards.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
Maintain equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
Adhere to safety standards and follow all production protocols and procedures.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and push/pull up to 51 lbs (assistance required for weights over 102 lbs).
Must be able to stand and walk for approximately 90 of the shift.
Crouching or kneeling required approximately 15 of the shift.
Sitting permitted during breaks or while operating a forklift 10 of shift).
Additional Requirements
Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Familiarity with web path tension control systems and procedures.
