Job Description
- Develop and manage production schedules based on order requirements lead times and resource availability.
- Coordinate with fabrication machining and assembly teams to align production timelines.
- Optimize workflow to minimize bottlenecks and maximize efficiency.
- Plan raw material and component requirements in coordination with procurement and inventory teams.
- Ensure availability of tools jigs and fixtures for smooth production.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests when needed.
- Track production progress and identify deviations from the schedule.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Work closely with design procurement quality and maintenance departments for seamless production flow.
- Communicate production plans and updates to relevant teams.
- Resolve productionrelated issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with industry standards and company quality policies.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to address defects and rework.
- Maintain production records including work orders machine utilization and efficiency reports.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production status reports for management review.
