You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe PC/LAN Technician will provide desktop server and network support to end users across locations in Arizona. This handson onsite role involves hardware/software troubleshooting user support system maintenance and travel to field locations.
4 years of handson IT support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
Experience with Active Directory Server 2008/2012
Familiarity with IT infrastructure standards and troubleshooting
Valid Arizona Driver s License with a clean record
Must pass a fingerprintbased background check and obtain ACJIS certification
Knowledge of DNS DHCP and Google Workspace
Associate or Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field
Local candidates only must be available for inperson interview and daily onsite attendance
Role includes frequent travel to ADOT field offices (vehicle provided)
This is not a remote or hybrid position
Install configure and support PC hardware software and peripherals
Provide daily technical support for desktops laptops and printers
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (Ethernet DNS DHCP)
Assist with Active Directory and Windows Server environments
Perform system updates patches and security configurations
Travel to various ADOT sites across Arizona using stateprovided vehicles
Train users and new IT staff on systems and procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and support records
