Job Description
As a Contract Specialist you will play a pivotal role in managing due diligence documents reviewing NDAs drafting legal contracts and supporting compliance processes that drive success for global consulting initiatives.

Shift: Day Shift (Mon Fri 8:00 PM 5:00 AM); Weekends Off
Work setup: Permanent WFH

Your Daily Tasks
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company s due diligence package.
- Provide due diligence documents to clients and prospects as requested.
- Ensure clients have a current NDA on file and manage the vendor NDA process.
- Review negotiate and draft various NDAs on behalf of the company.
- Draft and/or proofread legal contracts correspondence and assist in responding to client redlines.
- Assist with responding to Questionnaires Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information.
- Collaborate and assist other teams across the company as needed.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency using virtual data rooms to upload and organize documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiating skills covering legal financial and commercial issues.
- Superb attention to detail organization and multitasking abilities.
- High degree of professionalism including ethics integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently under time pressure and deliver errorfree outputs.
- Juris Doctor (J.D. degree from an accredited institution with a valid license to practice law throughout employment.
