Job Description
This is a remote position.
HR Internship Opportunity at 2COMS
Position: HR Intern
Duration: 2 Months
Stipend: INR 5000/month
Location: Remote (Laptop & WiFi required)
Working Days: MondaySaturday 2nd & 4th Saturday off)
2months internship from 3rd month Full time opportunity with PF ESIC

Requirements
Assist in recruitment including sourcing screening and interview coordination
Manage job postings and candidate engagement
Maintain HR records and support employee engagement activities
Gain exposure to corporate HR processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Must have a personal laptop and stable WiFi

Ability to effectively analyze the client s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals Minimum 5+years in recruitment/client management/key account management/P&L role. Dynamic, proactive and competent Should have Experience in Team Handling. TL should have exp in - Warehousing, Delivery Bikers, Gen Duty, Housekeeping, Security Guards, Sales Retail and Distributor
Education
Any 12th pass or graduate with good staffing recruitment experience
