Your Mission
As a Senior Specialized Sales Professional Services youll be the cornerstone of our customercentric approach focusing on:
- Building and nurturing strategic relationships with hiring managers procurement and Clevel stakeholders.
- Driving business growth through a consultative valuedriven and highpaced sales approach.
- Translating customer needs into expertled techaligned staffing opportunities.
- Positioning Inetum as a digital workforce enabler.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of accounts with a structured strategic approach.
- Manage the full sales cycle from acquisition to within a professional services context.
- Understand client goals and match them with Inetums capabilities and expert community.
- Shift client focus from time and cost to task and value.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to create new business opportunities and synergies.
- Advocate for managed staffing and structured team approaches over transactional sourcing.
- Presenting potentially matching candidates to our customers demand.

- You are a tactical thinker who proactively identifies staffing needs and converts them into business.
- You are a consultative seller with over 5 years of experience in sales preferably in IT staffing or professional services.
- You are a confident communicator in Dutch and/or French and English.
- You have a customerfirst mindset focused on longterm value creation.
- You are entrepreneurial and resultsdriven.
- You are skilled in stakeholder management within complex DMUs.
- You have excellent negotiation communication and influencing skills.
