WHAT YOULL DO
As a Sales Advisor youll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. Youll welcome customers guide them through your store and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. Acting in line with our values youll contribute to both your own success and the success of the company.
You will:
- Share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
- Ensure the sales floor and back of house are wellstocked organized and inviting.
- Support with opening and closing of the store.
- Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- Experience in customer service within fashion retail or similar fields will be consider as an advantage.
- Passion for helping customers and an interest in fashion or retail well teach you the rest!
And people who are
- Thriving in collaborative and dynamic environments.
- Communicative creative curious to work with store technology with a strong eagerness to learn and develop.
- Flexible and action oriented.
