- Pick issue receive sign for stock inspect and organize the aircraft maintenance related parts material and equipment
- Performs administrative functions associated with processing aircraft parts and company supplies
- Conduct inventory cycle counts on regular basis and investigate to reconcile any discrepancies
- Ensure proper handling of the aircraft parts during transactions shipping and receiving to avoid damage or operational delays
- Maintain records of requisitions; receive and issue materials/parts according to the requisitions submitted
- Enter all inventory transactions along with repairs ETA into the inventory management system to maintain accurate inventory records
- Provide coverage when other staff members are away because of training outreach or vacation leave
- Deliver and pickup parts from local vendors/shops if required
- Loading and unloading of freight from various means of transportation
- Ensures proper handling of calibrated equipment and entries into the database.
- Maintain a wellorganized receiving area constantly knowing where all the parts are being stored to assist in retrieval
- Perform and complete other duties assigned by the Material Department Manager
Qualifications :
- 1 2 years of experience in materials management or inventory control functions is highly desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and to climb and lift articles above the head
- Aviation experience is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office Suite specifically Word Outlook and Excel
- Valid and unrestricted Drivers License
