Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Civil Survey marketing team based in Portland Oregon. In this role youll plan and produce prime proposals coordinate subconsultant qualifications design promotional graphics and presentations plan internal events contribute to social media content and support a variety of initiatives as they arise.

This is a fulltime MF hybrid position with at least three days a week based in our beautiful downtown Portland office.

The Senior Marketing Coordinator role includes the following responsibilities:
- Leading the development of prime proposals including planning copywriting layout design and final production
- Coordinating subconsultant qualifications and information gathering
- Creating promotional graphics and presentation materials
- Maintaining and updating information in our Deltek Vantagepoint database
- Supporting internal events and assisting with social media content creation
- Contributing to a variety of short and longterm marketing and administrative initiatives
Qualifications :
- 4 years of professional experience in AEC marketing
- Proven experience leading proposal development
- Strong writing editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to selfmotivate multitask and collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign) and Office365 (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook Teams)
- Experience working with CRM databases and social media
Additional Information :
Compensation
The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidates experience education and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate for this Senior Marketing Coordinator position is $85000 to $100000.
