Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. This role is vital to maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain office files both physical and electronic.
Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and events.
Prepare reports memos and other correspondence as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with office inventory management and ordering supplies.
Provide administrative support to management as necessary.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office assistant or in another administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
