Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a fulltime Clinic Manager at our Kent Street location. In this role you will play a crucial part in developing and nurturing the clinic by implementing targeted marketing strategies fostering doctor engagement and continuously improving the patient experience. You will also provide guidance and leadership to the Nursing Day Surgery Unit Embryology Facilities and Reception teams.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Cultivating a positive culture within the Kent Street clinic and enhancing staff engagement
- Proactively managing communication across the clinic
- Leading marketing initiatives focused on attracting and engaging patients
- Strengthening relationships with doctors
- Continuously improving the patient experience
- Managing and resolving escalated issues
This position is dynamic and varied ensuring that each day presents new challenges. In addition to your core responsibilities you will have the opportunity to participate in various projects that will help you develop your skills and broaden your expertise at Genea.
