Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multisite Maintenance Technician to join our team in Los Angeles United States. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities across multiple locations ensuring that all buildings and equipment are in optimal working condition.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems across multiple sites
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders within designated timeframes
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems electrical circuits and plumbing fixtures
- Maintain and repair building structures including doors windows and locks
- Perform basic carpentry painting and drywall repairs as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards including TCAC HACLA and LAHD regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inventory and equipment status
- Collaborate with other team members and external contractors when necessary
- Participate in ongoing technical and safety training programs to stay current with industry standards
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment at all times
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with TCAC HACLA and LAHD inspections preferred
- Advanced understanding of electrical hydraulic and other building systems
- Indepth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Proficiency in using various tools common appliances and devices
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record for multisite travel
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- HVAC or other relevant certifications are a plus
Additional Information :
Property: Axiom Westwood 153 units)
Pay: $25$27 hourly
Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 5pm) and weekends and after hours when needed
