- Use and interpret drawings inspection manuals and specifications shop mathematics precision measuring instruments specialized inspection machines tools and equipment necessary to accomplish work assignments
- Experience working with Quality Management System Policies and Procedures
- Working knowledge of Company Policies Procedures and Specifications
- Overall working knowledge of production processes
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Good computing skills
- Maintain certifications as required
- Follow Inspection (shop) procedures to accept or reject processes/parts/assemblies
- Verify that tools are qualified
- Prepare and maintain Quality records
- Work across equivalent or lowerlevel Inspector job codes as required
Qualifications :
- 5 years experience in aerospace airframe assembly inspection
- Boeing 737 Airframe/Fuselage Experience
- Prompt and on time daily
- Ability to obtain all required training certifications and maintain certifications while on assignment
- Must be available to work any shift 1st 2nd and 3rd shift operations
- Available for periods of heavy overtime
- 5 years experience in aerospace airframe assembly inspection
- Blueprint reading experience
- MS Office and SAP experience
- Experience writing NCRs (Tags)
