NBCUniversal recherche un directeur/directrice cratif chevronn avec une exprience dans les jeux AAA en monde ouvert pour aider dfinir la direction crative dun nouveau projet de divertissement ambitieux.
NBCUniversal is looking for a seasoned Creative Director with experience in AAA openworld games to help shape the creative direction of an ambitious new entertainment project.
Responsabilits / Responsibilities:
- Dfinir la vision crative globale du jeu y compris la narration le gameplay et la cration de mondes.
- Collaborer avec les directeurs artistique technique et audio pour assurer une exprience de jeu cohrente et immersive.
- Constituer et grer une quipe de designers de scnaristes et de dveloppeurs narratifs.
- Promouvoir les principes de conception centrs sur le joueur et les mcaniques de jeu UGC innovantes.
- Exploiter lutilisation des technologies dIA pour crer des environnements PNJ immersifs.
- Travailler en troite collaboration avec les partenaires de codveloppement pour maintenir la cohrence crative.
- Prsenter la vision du jeu et les progrs la direction de NBCUniversal et aux parties prenantes externes
- Define the overall creative vision for the game including narrative gameplay and worldbuilding.
- Collaborate with the Art Tech and Audio Directors to ensure a cohesive and immersive game experience.
- Build and manage a team of designers writers and narrative developers.
- Champion playercentric design principles and innovative UGC gameplay mechanics.
- Leverage the use of AI technologies to drive immersive NPC environments.
- Work closely with codevelopment partners to maintain creative consistency.
- Present the game vision and progress to NBCUniversal leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Exigences de base :
- Plus de 15 ans dexprience dans des rles de leadership cratif au sein de lindustrie du jeu vido.
- Un historique avr de livraison de plusieurs titres AAA en monde ouvert.
- Expertise en narration mcaniques de jeu et engagement des joueurs.
- Solides comptences en leadership et en communication avec la capacit dinspirer des quipes multidisciplinaires.
Caractristiques souhaites :
- Une comprhension approfondie de lindustrie du jeu des tendances actuelles et des prfrences des joueurs.
- Comptences en rsolution de problmes souci du dtail et capacit prosprer dans un environnement rapide.
- Une passion pour crer des expriences de jeu innovantes et motionnellement impactantes.
Exigences supplmentaires :
- Hybride : Ce poste a t dsign comme hybride contribuant gnralement depuis le bureau au moins trois jours par semaine.

Basic Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in creative leadership roles within the video game industry.
- A proven track record of shipping multiple AAA openworld titles.
- Expertise in storytelling game mechanics and player engagement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams.

Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the NBCU Montreal office a minimum of three days per week.
