Reporting to the VP of Marketing Strategy the Marketing Strategy Manager is a key player in Telemundos entertainment marketing strategy responsible for orchestrating promotional campaigns across various entertainment properties including scripted series reality shows and specials. This role involves managing projects collaborating with diverse stakeholders building campaign amplification plans and overseeing promotional assets throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic planning stakeholder management and campaign ensuring cohesive marketing efforts that span multiple platforms and properties within the Telemundo and NBCU ecosystems.

Basic Requirements:
- Strategic Planning and
- Indepth understanding of our target audience as well as our product
- Development of marketing strategic briefs
- Present promotional strategy decks to internal/external stakeholders.
- Build amplification plans across owned and earned media
- Assist in managing launch campaigns and ongoing promotion for all Entertainment properties.
- Lead endtoend promotional ownership of various Entertainment Priorities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other departments including Creative social/digital network shows external partners local stations and PR.
- Asset Management and Distribution
- Request promotional assets through various operational systems.
- Distribute onair and offair promotional elements for all Entertainment properties across stakeholders.
- Campaign Management and Analysis
- Conduct marketing campaign recaps for each property.
- Assist in identifying crosspromotion opportunities and synergies across Telemundo and NBCU outlets.
- Project Management
- Organize and participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Coordinate planning with stakeholders.
- Manage talent requests.

- This role requires an individual who can adapt to changing priorities. A person that is comfortable managing pressure and someone who genuinely enjoys building and maintaining valuable relationships with key partners.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate details to senior management. Outstanding presentation skills are a must. Solid storytelling skills for business presentations
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience ideally in media or entertainment.
- Requires some travel.
- Knowledge of entertainment programming formats including scripted series reality shows and specials is preferred.
