You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAre you passionate about designing humancentric processes that drive efficiency and delight customers As the Process Design Manager (Process Design & Journey Mapping) you will take the lead in designing innovative processes that eliminate waste optimize workflows and ensure seamless experiences for both employees and customers. With a focus on journey mapping and process optimisation you will work across 17 diverse markets in APAC Europe and Turkey to reimagine how processes are designed ensuring they are efficient scalable and designed with the enduser in mind. This role empowers you to drive impactful change by placing the human experience at the heart of process design while achieving operational excellence.
Whats on Your Plate
Design and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency simplicity and value delivery.
Use journey mapping and methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
Develop and standardize procedures for consistency and usercentric design.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align processes with business goals and improve user experiences.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence.
Lead change initiatives ensuring smooth adoption and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor and evaluate process performance using data analytics to ensure sustainable improvements.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in process design journey mapping. Lean Six Sigma or operations improvement with a strong focus on humancentred design and waste elimination.
Proven experience in process mapping and using journey mapping to analyse and improve the endtoend customer and employee experience.
Strong expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive waste elimination and continuous improvement.
Deep understanding of humancentred design principles and their application to operational processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to drive decisions and design efficient and humancentric solutions.
Experience in leading crossfunctional teams to design and implement process improvements & excellent communication and stakeholder management skills capable of engaging with technical and nontechnical audiences.
Experience in developing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity.
Proven ability to analyse large datasets using data analysis tools such as SQL Excel Python or similar.
Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) to report on key performance metrics and identify trends.
