We have an AI startup client who needs a Senior Technical Recruiter. The position is five days a week onsite in San Francisco.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent in the AI and machine learning fields
- Managing the fullcycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and extending offers to qualified candidates
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers understanding their technical needs and translating them into effective job descriptions and recruitment plans
- Leveraging various sourcing channels including job boards social media professional networks and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates
- Conducting thorough technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit
Qualifications :
- 4 years of fulllifecycle technical recruiting experience
- The ability to come onsite in San Francisco five days a week
- A proven track record of success in building strong partnerships with a variety of stakeholders from interviewers to hiring managers to executives.
- A datadriven and problemsolving approach to recruiting and stakeholder management.
- A passion for building teams and delivering the best candidate experience.
