Job Description

The Goods In Administrator is to ensure Goods In vehicles are booked tipped and monitored in a timely effective and accurate manner.

Working hours: 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off 07.0019.00.

Salary: 26569 per annum.

Key Duties of a Goods In Administrator:

  • Allocation of booking slots accordingly to warehouse plan and provision of booking references to hauliers.
  • Timely and accurate completion of Goods In schedule for clients specification.
  • Creation and modification of pre advise documents for inbound loads and returned stock.
  • Processing of documentation on vehicle arrival and departure.
  • Checking of goods receipt notes to pre advise and deliver note.
  • Compilation of Goods In statistics.
  • Investigate source of returned product.
  • Process cross docked load/ paperwork.
  • Creation of Goods In nonconformance reports.
  • Control pallet documentation.
  • Maintenance of Goods In Files.
  • Other administrative tasks as determined from time to time.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience within an administrative position.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability and willingness to work as effective team member.
  • Able to work in a fast paced pressurised environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great Customer Service.
  • Working knowledge of MS Packages Excel and Word.
