About Cedar Rapids Iowa:

What youll do:
Support strategic CAPEX projects to remove process bottlenecks and boost capacity
Improve quality zoning and lead maintenance & optimization initiatives
Manage equipment upgrades verify spare part stocks and help implement preventive maintenance
Cocreate with our CSR engineer to develop energy & watersaving solutions
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Solid knowledge in mechanical engineering & fluid mechanics
Ability to read and create technical drawings (CAD)
Organized proactive and comfortable working independently
Skilled with CAD software Excel email tools
Strong communication and teamwork mindset
Bonus: experience in industrial maintenance and project management
