Support Inbound
- Advise Bosch travelers on travel pretrip ontrip and posttrip related questions
- Consults travelers on valid legal and central directive instructions as well as optimal travel tool usage
- Supports travelers in case of tool and handling errors for the cloudbased travel solution and mobile application Provide handson and adhoc help/solutions to ensure a smooth business trip for Bosch travelers
- Ensures standard processes accomplishment
- Provide continuously improvement ideas
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year experience in customer service environment
- Customer orientation and very good communication skills
- Technology orientation
- Good attention to details
- Good knowledge on MS office programs and great interest in IT applications
- SAP knowledge and experience with cloud solutions is a plus
- Good English communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite and can start immediately
