DAYTODAY
This fulltime business development position at our technology company works typical business hours. This position also includes 510 travel to trade shows and client businesses when needed with 1 week of onsite training per year.
As an HCM Business Development Sales Executive with our software company youre responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the sales cycle. This includes selfgenerating leads qualifying prospects identifying client needs closing sales and ensuring a smooth transition from the proposal process to successful onboarding and integration. You aggressively seek out new business opportunities to develop new leads and schedule initial appointments to present our services to business owners in person. Through inperson meetings you prepare and present proposals to convert leads into new business deals.
Additionally you close sales and transition new clients to onboarding. You then conduct follow up with new clients to ensure theyre satisfied with our services and see if they have any questions or concerns. Your exceptional customer service skills help our business continuously grow and you take great pride in knowing you serve in such an important role!

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HCM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES EXECUTIVE
Internet marketing sales experience is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. We need someone who is thorough and willing to help our software company succeed. We would love for the great communicator in this customer service position to have excellent people skills that will help build relationships with our clients. And if you have experience working at a payroll company such as Paychex UKG Paylocity Paycom or iSolved you would be a perfect fit!
