Job Description
Senspex in Rio Rancho New Mexico is seeking to hire an Electronic Technician Maintenance I for our Military Mission Support Team in Yakima WA!
This position begins July 1 2025.
The Electronics Technician Maintenance I applies basic technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks following detailed instructions performs such tasks as replacing components wiring circuits repairing simple electronic equipment; and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multimeters signal generators semiconductor testers curve tracers and oscilloscopes.

What youll get to do as a Electronic Technician Maintenance I at Senspex:
- Maintain troubleshoot and repair various types of electronic and electrical equipment.
- Apply basic technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks following detailed instructions.
- Replace components and wiring circuits using soldering and circuit card rework stations.
- Take test readings using common instruments such as digital multimeters ammeters signal generators semiconductor testers curve tracers and oscilloscopes.
- Proficient operation of personal and network computers using Microsoft Office products.
- Record work performed in a maintenance information system.
The qualifications we require:
- 0 years BA/BS degree or 4 years AA degree or 6 years no degree.
- Working knowledge of electronics hydraulics woodworking and mechanical apparatus.
- Background in basic electricity and hydraulics military equipment and/or wireless WAN networking procedures.
- Requires the ability to operate and speak clearly over military handheld radios and telephones.
- Operate a fourwheeled drive vehicle up to one ton in offroad conditions.
- Works well with others on a team and has strong communication skills and a customerservice attitude.
- Current State Drivers License required; must be able to be insured through companys vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours and for the duration of employment.
- U.S. Citizenship required.

- National security clearance: This position may require obtaining a U.S. DoD security clearance. Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance in order to work on projects/programs
- Must possess acceptable forms of identification under the REAL ID Act
- Must be able to successfully pass a preemployment background and drug test
