We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Business Development and Sales manager to join Genea Thailand. In this role you will work closely with our Managing Director and General Manager of Genea Thailand with your scope of responsibilities including;
Building new relationships with OBGYNs and Specialists across your dedicated territory working towards increasing referral and cycles with Genea.
Fostering existing relationships to increase referrals and build stronger relationships and loyalty to Genea.
Organizing domestic and international patientfacing events with doctor seminars.
Lead patient inquiries and care coordination across multiple channels (social media email LINE etc. together with the General Manager.
Any other relevant duties assigned by your manager.
Develop new patient referral sources from the following key channels:
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have;
Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
310 years experience in sales within healthcare pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices.
Excellent communication presentation interpersonal and influencing skills.
Significant demonstrated healthcare/medical knowledge and experience in reproductive services genetic medical device pharmaceuticals science nursing or similar.
Analytical ability to interpret medical information and data and discuss and present it at a healthcare professional level.
Interpersonal skills to interact with effectively internal and external customers.
Ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders through written verbal presentation virtual and electronic communication including text and apps.
Strong Microsoft application capability.
The ability to travel domestically up to 60 per month.
Has own car and current drivers licence
