Depot Operations Supervisor

This role is 40 hours per week working any 5 of 6 days between Monday to Saturday.

The Depot Operations Supervisor reports to the Retail Sales & Operations Manager (RSOM) who has overall responsibility for the depot and service across:

• Customer Services
• Delivery fleet
• Cold store Warehouse

We offer a competitive hourly rate of 13.73 per hour 14.00 per hour from 1st May 2025 bonus benefits

• An integral member of the leadership team youll model the passion and commitment to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
• You will help to drive the consistent delivery of established processes and operational standards.
• Youll track the teams performance against achieving daily weekly and monthly targets.
• Developing both the operational performance of the depot and the skills of your team will be a key aspect of the role.
• The Depot Operations Supervisor has responsibility for areas such as health & safety stock management local delivery fleet management and facilities maintenance.
• Youll be ready and willing to get involved in the daytoday tasks if needed including deliveries (so a full UK driving licence is essential.

• Previous experience of leading a team within a retail wholesale customer service or operational/logistics environment

• Experience of developing a team
• Experience of implementing operational policies and processes
