POSITION SUMMARY
ESRT is seeking a motivated and organized Revenue Intern to join our team on a parttime basis. This role is ideal for individuals currently enrolled in school who are eager to gain handson experience in revenue management and data analytics. As a Revenue Intern you will assist with daytoday operations data handling and updating reports. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in the field with potential for the role to evolve into more business decisionmaking or data analytics responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Gathering
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
- Compile clean and merge data sets
- Reporting
- Update daily weekly and monthly reports via Excel and PowerBi
- Assist with compiling ad hoc reports and preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership
- Market and Competitive Analysis
- Monitor citywide trends relating to inbound NYC travel trends consumer mix competitor pricing and competitor products

- Detailoriented with timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks focused on reporting and data
- Ability to work independently manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving market landscape adjusting strategies to meet changing business conditions
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and taking on new responsibilities
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with experience in Microsoft Suite and PowerBi experience with SQL and Python are a plus
- Proven ability to drive results meet deadlines and exceed targets in a fastpaced and competitive environment
- Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Excellent multitasking organizational and time management skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program preferably in Business Administration Economics or applicable field
- Experience with data analytics business strategy or similar areas
- Interest in revenue management or data analytics
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

$22.50 $27.50 an hour
Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience job location size of property where applicable and/or certifications.
