Job Description
GoldEagle Cooperative nestled in the vibrant community of Hardy IA is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a fulltime Grain Handler Processing Operator.
With a competitive pay range of $19.00 $23.50 per hour based on experience plus an enticing $1500 signon bonus this isnt just a job; its a golden opportunity to grow with us. Our benefits package includes (after a 30day probation period):

Your workweek at GoldEagle Cooperative will unfold Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM offering you a stable routine with the occasional embrace of extended hours including weekends during peak seasons.
THE IDEAL GRAIN HANDLER PROCESSING OPERATOR
- Physical ability for prolonged periods of standing as well as working in confined spaces elevated heights and varied weather conditions
- Strength to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
YOUR DAYTODAY AS GRAIN HANDLER PROCESSING OPERATOR
Your day begins with the operational ballet of grain receiving storage handling and loading. With handson expertise you also maintain and clean our topnotch facilities and equipment ensuring the seamless flow of grain through our cooperatives veins. As the day unfolds you become a vital part of our agronomy team during the busy season seamlessly blending independence with teamwork all while radiating a professional and positive image.
