Journeyman Carpenter

Key Information:
- Must have your Journeyman Carpentry ticket.
- Ability to read and understand technical guides drawings and specifications.
- Hours: Project dependent; minimum 40 hours per week with overtime necessary during the busy season (AprilOctober)
- Hourly rate is dependent on experience.

Job Description:
- Ability to read and understand technical guides drawings and specifications.
- Manual dexterity and ability to use carpentry tools safely.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
Experience and Certification Requirements:
- Journeyman Carpentry ticket required.
- At least 5 years of carpentry experience.
- CSTS 09 and WHMIS 2015 are required.
- Fall Protection & Rescue Aerial Platform Confined Spaces Rigging/Hoisting and Hand. Signals and First Aid/CPR certification would be an asset.
- A reliable means of transportation is required.
- Proficient English language skills required.
Education: Journeyman Carpentry ticket or equivalent.
